Whilst writing a story for the Florrie about growing up in the Dingle, L8 in the fifties and sixties, I rediscovered the brilliance of your dad online. What a life, I remember, even as a boy, he was right at the forefront of the explosion of talent from Liverpool, I particularly like the anecdote for the school inspector at St.Malachy’s in my area of the Dingle, brilliant. A true Scouse legend.
